Our Custom Order Process
We believe that the best ideas often come straight from the heart. Through our custom orders we take your vision and turn it into a beautiful creation. Do you have an idea for a unique gift or memento? Here is how it works:
1) Reach out using the form on this page, providing as much detail as possible. If you want to provide an image for reference, please send us an email.
2) We’ll review the information provided and provide a quote or contact you for more information.
3) We’ll set a delivery date for your project and provide you with an invoice.
4) We get to work creating your one-of-a-kind everyday ornament.
5) Once your project complete, we’ll let you know when it is ready for pick up!
